How does the reservation work?
When you book your unit, you will receive a booking confirmation on this page and on your email. Afterwards we will contact you. Contract signing and payment will subsequently be done at your selected Pelican Center. The reservation is valid for 3 days.
Am I committed to the reservation?
No, the reservation is non-binding and completely free of charge. Payment is made only when the lease is signed.
Is an insurance required?
Yes. It is a requirement from Pelican that your storage is insured. The price varies depending on the value of your stored items and is not included in this offer.
Are there any other costs?
If you don't have a cylinder lock that fits, there will be a surcharge of 39 EUR for a new lock and keys. If you are a returning customer, there will be no creation fee, and you can reuse your lock.
Can I change unit size later?
You can always change the size of your unit. Even after you sign the rental agreement, you have the option to change unit size without charge.
